BOOM, POW, WHAM, BAM! Grab those capes it's time to party! Last weekend was filled with 20 screaming sugared up superhereros, a bounce house & lots and lots of cake as we celebrated my daughter's first and fourth birthday's.
This year I decided I would minimize the stress (HA) and throw a joint party. My oldest daughter is totally into her birthday. She sings happy birthday daily and literally has been talking about her birthday for months and months. To no surprise my little firecracker was dead set on a Superhero birthday party.
I wasn't going to disappoint so, I started planning a superhero party that wouldn't break the bank. I hopped onto Pinterest to start gathering party ideas. I was shocked to find minimal ideas for girls superhero parties. I decided then to design the invitation first before buying any decor. After the invitation was created I based my party decor around the look of the invitation.

My vision that had all the BANG of a boys superhero party, but with a girly twist. I found a city scape that fit perfectly and knew I needed to have superhero capes and masks as party favors.
Next, I needed something that would entertain 20 toddlers without destroying our home. I found a great deal on a bounce house and knew this would be perfect. Envision toddlers jumping in their superhero cape and mask...adorable!
The day came and so did all the stress, man I dont envy party planners. We literally finished everything 5 minutes before the party started. I'm happy to say everything turned out perfectly and exactly how I envisioned. My girls had so much and one of them hasn't stopped talking about her party...she's even planning her next party.
